Amarone Classico of Valpolicella. In barrels for 12 months, followed by another 12 months in large vats. It is aged for further 6 months in the bottle, before release. 1600 cases produced.
Intense, red garnet-colored, aristocratic and full-bodied. Spicy and complemented by ripe fruit sensations. Serve with red meat, game, aged cheese.
