The grapes used for this wine were 100% Riesling grapes from our Lieserer Niederberg-Helden and Bernkasteler Kueser-Kardinalsberg vineyards. They were carefully pressed and fermented in stainless steel.
Rich and complex, with an elegant almost playful minerality. A bowl of fruit, peaches, Williams-pear, raspberries, gooseberries a hint of grapefruit and cumquat. A very elegant wine with a crisp, dry finish. An ideal match with Asian cuisine, particularly sweet & sour dishes or sushi. It will also match most delicately flavoured poultry and fish dishes.
