They each contribute distinctive varietal flavours that mingle effortlessly to culminate in a wine of delicious texture and sublime depth of flavour.
The 2008 Unwooded Chardonnay displays layers of guava, citrus and an evocative hint of ocean spray. The palate is luscious and enduring. Pair with Risotto of smoked salmon, pea, lemon & dill.
